Our production takes from 7 to 12 business days plus the shipping time via FedEx. Shipped from our studio in Mexico. 

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.

We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses

• All our products are handmade for you and we take from 7 to 12 business days to elaborate them.
  
• Read all the descriptions of our products before you purchase. 
• We're not responsible if you chose the wrong model of your cellphone.
• We're not responsible for FedEx shipping delays.
• Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Fontocases has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
• Tracking a package is the client’s responsibility. In case a package is returned to our headquarters due to incorrect or missing information, new shipping fees will apply.
