Refund policy

All our purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, please read the description of each product before purchasing. 

Our phone cases are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/wrong design, so please be sure to double-check what kind of phone model you need.

We can only make an exception in case your order received is different from the one you ordered, has arrived in bad condition, the name is wrong or your package has been lost. If this is your case please contact us at foncasesmx@gmail.com
